Damodar Dharmanand Kosambi was a renaissance scientist. He did path-breaking work as a professional mathematician. But he shall always be remembered as a pioneering Indologist who gave a unique perspective on Indian history. He termed the Communist Party of India as Official Marxists (OM). We soon plan to translate the lone biography (in Marathi) of D.D. Kosambi by Chintamani Deshmukh into English.
